Guelph CHC Board
Guelph CHC is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of 12 community members who subscribe to Guelph CHC's vision, mission and priorities. People serving on our Board of Directors are elected to a three-year term by members of our health centre at our Annual General Meeting each June.
Our board adheres to a Carver governance model. This model places primary importance on the strategic goals of an organization while advocating a careful delegation of authority to exercise the means to achieve those goals. By adhering to this model, our board is able to focus on large issues, clearly state their expectations, delegate appropriately and effectively evaluate accomplishments.
