Terms of Membership

A member is a person from the community to whom Guelph CHC provides services, and from whom it receives support.

Members of Guelph CHC must; be 18 years or older, live or work in Guelph or Wellington County, and support the objectives of Guelph CHC.

Please note clients or people who attend a Guelph CHC or OEYC program ARE NOT automatically members.

Members must renew their membership yearly. The membership year expires March 31st.
