We put any donations we receive toward our extensive early childhood, health care and health promotion programs. You are welcome to request that your donation be directed to a particular program or service.

Your gift is a valuable investment in our community's health and well-being.

  • online - donate through a secure site at http://www.canadahelps.org/
  • by mail - complete a donation form and mail along with a cheque to the address on the form 
  • in person - drop by our office downtown at 176 Wyndham Street North

Your donation can be made in a variety of ways including:

  • special celebration donations - celebrate a birthday, graduation or anniversary. We will send an acknowledgement card on your behalf.
  • memorial gifts - a meaningful way to honour the memory of someone special. We will notify the family of your gift.
  • will bequests - assets such as cash, securities, real estate and insurance policies can be left as donations.
  • corporate giving - align your corporate values, interests and strengths with contributions such as corporate sponsorship, giving in-kind and financial donations. We also welcome corporate volunteers.
  • contributions to our endowment fund - ensure that our programs and services will continue to support the healthy development of young children.

$25 Provides a new toy to support the cognitive development of infants and children
$100 Provides a family with a Garden Fresh Box of fruits and vegetables for four months
$200 Provides approximately 50 books to be given out to children from one to six years during their birthday month
$750 Provides food and supplies for one session of our Little Chefs program, promoting healthy eating and physical activity for young children and their families
$1500 Provides funding to cover the cost of a trainer to put on a three-day workshop for our WE Breastfeed breastfeeding support volunteers
