in motion Mondays

Join us for in motion Mondays, a physical activity program for adults who want to:

  • get some exercise
  • enjoy fun physical activities
  • meet new people in their community

This program is facilitated by a health promoter and runs throughout the year.

From May to October we enjoy the fresh air with a community walk.

From November to April we stay active indoors by enjoying gentle and active leisure time in our gym. Some examples of activities held in the cooler months are yoga, dancing, strength training and shooting hoops.  

This program is offered on most Mondays from 10:00 to 11:00 am. 

Sessions are held at our Shelldale location at 20 Shelldale Crescent.
