Programs Requiring Registration

We offer a variety of group programs to support the healthy development of young children.
Our programs focus on children's activities and include parents and caregivers. Please be sure to note the registration deadlines for the programs you are interested in joining.
The location and registration dates for each program can be found in our program guide. Please note that not all programs listed are currently running.
The following programs require registration:
- 1,2,3 Come Play With Me (two to four years) - An active program for children aged 2-4 years with a strong emphasis on physical activity using items such as a parachute, hula hoops, bean bags etc. Craft and story time are also included. Siblings are welcome.
- Mother Goose: Rhyme Time for Infants (birth to 12 months) - An hour of simple songs and stories offered at Stone Road Mall or the Elliot Community retirement home. Some of the seniors who live at the Elliot Community join us for this intergenerational program. We learn rhymes, songs and stories. There is time for a snack and to meet new friends. We regret that we do not have room for brothers and sisters to join us.
- Mother Goose: Family Mother Goose (birth to three years) - A fun circle time for the whole family where we share songs, rhymes and stories and a snack time.
- Infant Massage (birth to 12 months) - ($3 fee for materials) Learn how to massage your baby to promote bonding and help your baby sleep. Massage can also reduce symptoms of infant gas, colic and stress. Brothers and sisters are welcome to come too (Downtown location only).
- Field Trips - Once a month we offer field trips for families in Guelph. We have visited the fire station, local farms, the Guelph airport and pet shops. Please note that some of our field trips do have an age limit.
- Birthday Books - At the end of every month, we have a party with a free book for all children from ages one to six who live in Guelph and have a birthday that month. Please call 519-821-6638 at the beginning of your child's birthday month if you would like to register your child to come to the party (brothers and sisters are welcome too). If you don't want to come to the party you are still welcome to pick up a free book downtown at 176 Wyndham Street North.
