Give your order to one of the volunteer host site coordinators before the first Friday of the month.  Your cash payment must be given when you order.

Participants go to a neighbourhood site at the beginning of the month to place their order and pay for their order.  It is delivered to their neighbourhood on the third Wednesday of the month. Payment must be received at the site no later than noon on the first Friday of the month.

On the third Wednesday of the month, the Garden Fresh Boxes are delivered to over 20 neighourhood locations.

The Garden Fresh Box content changes from month to month because the fruits and vegetables are chosen in season when they are at the peak of their nutritional value.

Each box also includes a Fresh Ideas newsletter with recipes, storage tips and other useful information.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that all produce listed in the Fresh Ideas newsletter will be in the box.

As we source as many items as possible from local and fresh sources, we experience surprises such as frost, drought and heavy rain that can destroy or reduce a crop. These last minute changes to box content sometimes happen after the newsletter is printed.

What we can guarantee is that the Garden Fresh Box offers produce at good value. If an item listed in the newsletter is missing, the box has been topped up with another item.
